Battery & charging
- You’re seeing
- Dies before it finishes, won't hold a charge, or won't leave the dock.
- What we do
- We find where the charge is being lost — the battery, the contacts or the board — and quote the part that fixes it.

A machine that still runs is not a machine that is being maintained. The brush packs with hair, the filter clogs, the sensors haze over — and it keeps going until the day it stops mid-carpet. This is that work, done before it gets there.
R600a service, flat.
Parts the machine needs are on top of that, and a repair the service uncovers is quoted on top as well — extra labour and extra parts. The R600 covers the service on its own; it is not a repair price.
Stripped out and cleaned — hair and thread cut away, the brush guard and the cavity it runs in cleaned out.
Cleaned, and checked for wear.
Tapped out. Rinsed only where your model's filter is rinse-safe, dried properly before it goes back, and we say when it is past saving.
LiDAR turret, drop and cliff sensors, bumpers. Dry microfibre only — no water and no solvent near a sensor cover.
Contacts and pins cleaned; the dock's dust bag, tanks and mop pads seen to.
Hair cleared, and both checked to turn freely.
Checked against how they actually wear: filters every 2–3 months, rollers at 6–12 months, brushes and guards when they are worn.
What is worn, what is fine, and what will need doing next.
Here is what each one looks like, and what we do about it.
